音樂劇《死亡筆記本》，曾在2017年於台中國家歌劇院創下票房熱潮與極佳口碑；2025年慶祝音樂劇《死亡筆記本》首演十周年，首次推出交響音樂會版本，由首版卡司柿澤勇人、小池徹平回歸演出，台灣為全球首演第一站！

The musical Death Note (Death Note: The Musical) created a box office craze and received excellent reviews at the National Taichung Theater in 2017. In 2025, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the musical Death Note's premiere, a symphony concert version will be launched for the first time. The original cast members, Hayato Kakizawa and Teppei Koike, will return to perform, with Taiwan being the first stop for the global premiere!

柿澤勇人Hayato Kakizawa（飾 夜神月）

出生於1987年10月12日，神奈川縣出身。2007年，以劇團四季公演《耶穌基督超級巨星》首次登上舞台。退出劇團四季後，在舞台劇、電視劇、電影等廣泛領域中活躍。

主要舞台作品包括：舞台劇《海邊的卡夫卡》、《愛與哀愁的夏洛克·福爾摩斯》、《奧德賽》、《哈姆雷特》等；音樂劇則有《死亡筆記本》、《歡樂滿人間》、《變身怪醫》、《搖滾學校》等。影像作品則有大河劇《鎌倉殿的13人》、日本電視台《真兇標籤》、TBS《不適切にもほどがある！》（《因為是老師》）等。

此外，他也將出演從10月起播出的富士電視台《全領域異常解決室》、TBS《獅子的隱身處》等作品。

 

Hayato Kakizawa (as Light Yagami)

Born on October 12, 1987, in Kanagawa Prefecture. He made his stage debut in 2007 in the Shiki Theatre Company production of Jesus Christ Superstar. After leaving the Shiki Theatre Company, he has been active in a wide range of fields, including stage plays, TV dramas, and films.

His major stage works include the plays Kafka on the Shore, Sherlock Holmes: A Love and Sorrow, Odyssey, and Hamlet, among others; and musicals such as Death Note: The Musical, Mary Poppins, Jekyll & Hyde, and School of Rock. His screen works include the Taiga Drama The 13 Lords of the Shogun, NTV's Guilty Flag, and TBS's Futekisetsu ni mo Hodo ga Aru! (known as Extremely Inappropriate! or "Because I'm a Teacher").

Furthermore, he is scheduled to appear in works starting this October, including Fuji TV's Zeneiryo Ijo Kaiketsushitsu (AARO: All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office) and TBS's Shishi no Kakurega (Light of My Lion).

 

 

小池徹平Teppei Koike（飾 L）

大阪府出身，2001年榮獲第14屆「JUNON SUPER BOY」選拔大賽最高獎項。之後除了音樂活動，也以演員身分參與多部作品演出。憑藉音樂劇《1789：巴士底的戀人們》與《長靴妖姬》榮獲第42屆菊田一夫演劇賞。

近期主要演出作品：

舞台劇：《李爾王》（西恩·霍姆斯執導）、《西遊記》、《魔界轉生》（堤幸彥執導）、《神劍闖江湖 京都篇》（小池修一郎執導）、《洛基恐怖秀》（河原雅彥執導）等。

Teppei Koike (as L)

Hailing from Osaka Prefecture, he won the Grand Prix at the 14th "JUNON SUPER BOY" contest in 2001. Since then, in addition to his musical activities, he has participated in many works as an actor. He won the 42nd Kazuo Kikuta Drama Award for his roles in the musicals 1789: Les Amants de la Bastille and Kinky Boots.

Recent major appearances include:

Stage Plays: King Lear (directed by Sean Holmes), Journey to the West, Makai Tensho (directed by Yukihiko Tsutsumi), Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Arc (directed by Yuichiro Koike), The Rocky Horror Show (directed by Masahiko Kawahara), and others.

遥海 (Harumi) （飾 彌海砂）

三歲開始參加唱詩班，十三歲時從菲律賓移居日本，當時一句日文都不懂。她克服了語言障礙，經歷了掙扎，成長為一位「用歌聲傳達言語」的藝術家。2020年主流出道。同年以音樂劇《吉屋出租》中的咪咪一角首次登上音樂劇舞台。此後，她以其獨一無二的歌唱實力而備受矚目，陸續演出了《吉屋出租》重演、以及在《散拍歲月》中飾演莎拉、《SIX》中飾演西摩等。今年將在音樂劇《人人都在談論傑米》中飾演Pritti一角，並確定於11月參與《SIX》的倫敦演出。

Harumi (as Misa Amane)

She started singing in a choir at the age of three and moved from the Philippines to Japan at thirteen, not knowing a word of Japanese at the time. She overcame the language barrier and her struggles, growing into an artist who "conveys words through song." She made her major debut in 2020. In the same year, she made her musical debut as Mimi in the musical Rent. Since then, she has attracted attention for her unique vocal abilities, consecutively performing in the revival of Rent, as Sarah in Ragtime, and as Seymour in SIX, among others. This year, she will play Pritti in the musical Everybody's Talking About Jamie, and is confirmed to perform in the London production of SIX in November.

 

ソニン (Sonim) （飾 死神雷姆）

1983年3月10日出生。2000年以歌手身份出道後，2003年作為演員演出電視劇開始作為演員活躍。主要演出的舞台作品包括音樂劇《那個男人》、《女侍情緣》、《SIX》、《L'Art Reste》、《長靴妖姬》、《瑪麗·安東尼》、《FACTORY GIRLS～我所描繪的故事～》等。曾獲得第41屆菊田一夫演劇賞和第26屆讀賣演劇大賞優秀女演員獎。近年來也活躍於電視劇演出，如《放課後的病歷表》(NTV)、《佔領放送局》《佔領大醫院》《佔領新機場》(NTV)以及《隔壁的阿力》(EX) 等演出。

Sonim (as Shinigami Rem)

Born on March 10, 1983. After debuting as a singer in 2000, she began her career as an actress in 2003 with a TV drama appearance. Her major stage works include the musicals The Man, Waitress, SIX, L'Art Reste, Kinky Boots, Marie Antoinette, and FACTORY GIRLS: The Story I Drew, among others. She has won the 41st Kazuo Kikuta Drama Award and the 26th Yomiuri Theater Awards for Best Actress. In recent years, she has also been active in TV dramas, appearing in works such as Hōkago Karte (NTV), Occupy the Broadcast Station, Occupy the Big Hospital, Occupy the New Airport (all NTV), and Tonari no Chikara (EX).

 

小野田龍之介 (Onoda Ryunosuke) （飾 死神路克）

神奈川縣出身。自幼累積經驗，以紮實的演技、從小培養的舞蹈功底和扎實的歌唱實力為標誌，主要活躍於音樂劇領域。2011年，在「第1屆西爾維斯特·李維國際音樂劇歌唱音樂會大賽」中榮獲李維特別獎。近年來的主要演出作品包括《悲慘世界》、《西貢小姐》、《西城故事》、《歡喜滿人間》、《瑪蒂達》、《愛無止盡》、《瑪麗·安東尼》、《貝多芬》、《彼得潘》等眾多作品。

Ryunosuke Onoda (as Shinigami Ryuk)

From Kanagawa Prefecture. Having accumulated experience since childhood, he is mainly active in the musical field, marked by his solid acting, dance skills cultivated from a young age, and robust vocal abilities. In 2011, he was awarded the Wildhorn Special Prize at the "1st Frank Wildhorn International Musical Singing Competition and Concert." His major recent stage appearances include numerous works such as Les Misérables, Miss Saigon, West Side Story, Mary Poppins, Matilda, Love Never Dies, Marie Antoinette, Beethoven, and Peter Pan.

 

鹿賀丈史 (Kaga Takeshi) （飾 夜神總一郎）

石川縣出身。1973年，以劇團四季音樂劇《萬世巨星》中耶穌一角主演出道。退出劇團後，演出了許多電影和電視劇。從1987年起，在音樂劇《悲慘世界》中飾演尚萬強/賈維兩個角色長達14年。曾獲得日本電影學院獎最佳男配角、菊田一夫演劇賞特別獎、演劇大賞等多項獎項。近年來主要演出作品包括：

舞台劇／音樂劇：《活下去》（宮本亞門執導）、《La Cage aux Folles》（山田和也執導）、《死亡筆記本：音樂劇》（栗山民也執導）【電影】《生存價值 IKIGAI》、《澪之料理帖》【電視劇】大河劇《西鄉殿》、《精靈守護者 最終章》（NHK）等。電影《奧莉佛是狗，（天哪！！）這傢伙》於9月26日起在日本全國上映。

Takeshi Kaga (as Soichiro Yagami)

Born in Ishikawa Prefecture. He made his debut in 1973 as the lead in the Shiki Theatre Company musical Jesus Christ Superstar, playing the role of Jesus. After leaving the troupe, he appeared in numerous films and TV dramas. From 1987, he starred in the musical Les Misérables, playing both the roles of Jean Valjean and Javert for 14 years. He has won multiple awards, including the Japan Academy Prize for Best Supporting Actor, the Kazuo Kikuta Drama Award Special Prize, and the Drama Grand Prix. His recent major works include:

Stage Plays/Musicals: Ikuru (directed by Amon Miyamoto), La Cage aux Folles (directed by Kazuya Yamada), Death Note: The Musical (directed by Tamiya Kuriyama). Films: Ikigai: The Value of Life, Mio's Cookbook. TV Dramas: Taiga Drama Segodon, Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit – The Final Chapter (NHK), and others. The film Oliver is a Dog, (Oh My Goodness!!) This Guy will be released nationwide in Japan starting September 26.

曾榮獲葛萊美獎、東尼獎、艾美獎提名的作曲家與製作人。1999年，他成為首位同時有三部作品（《變身怪醫》、《紅花俠》、《南北戰爭》）在百老匯上演的美國作曲家。

Musical Composer: Frank Wildhorn

A Grammy, Tony, and Emmy Award-nominated composer and producer. In 1999, he became the first American composer to have three works running simultaneously on Broadway (Jekyll & Hyde, The Scarlet Pimpernel, and The Civil War).

Other works produced on Broadway include Bonnie & Clyde, Dracula, Victor/Victoria, Wonderland: A New Musical Adventure, and the revival of Jekyll & Hyde. His works on London's West End include Bonnie & Clyde, Your Lie in April, Death Note: The Musical in Concert, and others.

His international productions include Death Note: The Musical, Fist of the North Star, Cain and Abel, The Man Who Laughs - L'Homme Qui Rit ~Eternal Love~, and the musical Your Lie in April. He served as the Musical Director for the 1998 Goodwill Games in New York City and composed the opening song "Gold" for the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics. Furthermore, many artists, including Whitney Houston, have performed or recorded his songs.

Musical Lyrics (English Version): Jack Murphy

A lyricist and composer who frequently collaborates with composer Frank Wildhorn, writing lyrics for his musical works. His most famous works, besides Death Note: The Musical, include The Civil War (1998), which was nominated for the 1999 Tony Awards for Best Musical and Best Original Score.

Murphy’s collaboration with Wildhorn has also achieved immense success in Europe and around the world. The musical Rudolf, which tells the story of the underground romance and suspicious death of the Austrian Crown Prince in 1889, premiered in Budapest in May 2006, played at the Imperial Theatre in Tokyo in 2008, and ran for 11 months in Vienna in 2009. A modern version of Carmen premiered in Prague in 2008. The Count of Monte Cristo had its world premiere at the Theater St. Gallen in Switzerland in 2009, followed by performances in Seoul, South Korea, in April 2010.

Other important collaborations with Wildhorn include the musical Waiting for the Moon (based on the true story of the writer couple F. Scott Fitzgerald and Zelda Fitzgerald), for which Murphy wrote both the book and the lyrics. It premiered at the Lenape Regional Performing Arts Center in Marlton, New Jersey, in July 2005.

Musical Book: Ivan Menchell

His works produced on Broadway and London's West End include the concert version of Death Note: The Musical, Bonnie & Clyde, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (additional book material), and The Cemetery Club, which has been translated into over 12 languages and performed globally.

His regional and international touring works include Party Surprise (UK tour), Smiles Through, and Prince and the Pauper. Furthermore, he wrote the book for Frank Wildhorn's musicals King Arthur and Mata Hari.

He co-wrote the screenplay for the film Home Alone and was involved in adapting his play The Cemetery Club into a movie. He also participated in the production of the animated film Curious George. In television, he created the series Bedtime and served as a writer and producer for The Nanny.

His newest musical, Elephant Shoes, is scheduled to premiere on Broadway in April 2026.

Symphonic Orchestration: Jason Howland

A composer (Tony Award nominee), producer (Grammy Award winner, Tony Award nominee), arranger (Emmy Award winner, Tony Award nominee), and orchestrator.

His Broadway composing credits include Little Women and Paradise Square (Tony Award nominee). For musical direction, conducting, and arranging, his work includes Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (Grammy Award winner) and Handel's Messiah Rocks (Emmy Award winner). Additionally, he is the composer for SHUCKED (Tony Award nominee). Other works he has been involved with include Wonderland, Jekyll & Hyde, Les Misérables, The Civil War, The Scarlet Pimpernel, Taboo, and Spider-Man. For this season's highly anticipated Broadway musical, The Great Gatsby, he serves as the composer, orchestrator, and arranger.

He also has an outstanding presence on the global stage, having contributed to the Japanese productions of Death Note: The Musical (Arrangement, Orchestration), Alive and Tokyo Love Story (Composition, Orchestration, Arrangement), and serving as the music director for the Korean musical Swing Days, remaining active in the international music scene.
